Rule 56
Certificate of Barbujarath
(1) According to rule 55, the employee who has the duty to perform the training shall be given a certificate of training from the former office in the format as per Schedule-9 after completing the training.
(2) The absentee employee will not be allowed to appear in the current office without submitting the certificate as per sub-rule (1).
(3) If the person making the complaint is a retired employee, he shall not be given pension or gratuity without submitting the certificate as per sub-rule (1).
